What we do, and what we don't
Clear scope means no surprises. Here is exactly where our service begins and ends.
What GoVisaPro does
- Prepares and checks travel and visitor visa applications for destinations outside the UK — Schengen, USA, Canada, Australia and more
- Explains each destination's published document requirements and checks your paperwork against them
- Completes application forms accurately on your instructions, using information you provide
- Books appointments, tracks submissions, and prepares you for biometrics or interviews
- Acts as your administrative agent throughout the process
What GoVisaPro does not do
- We do not give UK immigration advice — not on UK visas, leave to remain, settlement, switching status, appeals or asylum
- We are not regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (formerly OISC) and do not provide services requiring that regulation
- We are not solicitors and do not provide legal advice
- We do not guarantee any visa outcome — decisions rest solely with the relevant government or consular authority
- We are not affiliated with any government, embassy, consulate or visa application centre

TERMS OF SERVICE & NO-REFUND POLICY
All payments are final
All payments are final
Once payment is made for any service — document review, application preparation, filing support, or consultation — it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Payment constitutes acceptance
Submitting payment is your explicit acceptance of these terms in full.
Visa outcome is not guaranteed
Approval, refusal or delay is determined solely by the relevant government authority. A refusal or delay does not entitle you to a refund.
Government and third-party fees are separate
Government, embassy, visa application centre, biometric, medical and courier charges are not covered or refunded by GOVISAPRO LTD. They are payable at cost.
Client-side errors
No refund is issued for delays or refusals caused by incorrect, incomplete, false or late information supplied by the client.
Cancellations
Cancellations after payment are at GOVISAPRO LTD's sole discretion. Once work has begun, no cancellation or refund is granted.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us in writing are treated as a breach of these terms.
Scope of service
GOVISAPRO LTD provides administrative support for travel and visitor visa applications to destinations outside the UK. We do not provide UK immigration advice, are not regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (formerly OISC), and are not solicitors. Nothing we provide constitutes legal advice.
Client responsibility
You remain responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information and documents supplied. We complete applications on your instructions using the information you give us.
No affiliation
We are an independent company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, embassy, consulate or visa application centre.
This summary does not replace the full Terms of Service, which are provided in writing before any payment is taken. Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major credit and debit cards via an encrypted, PCI-compliant gateway.
YOUR DATA
How we handle your documents
What we collect
Only what your application requires: identity and passport details, travel plans, and the supporting documents each destination asks for. We do not ask for card details outside the payment gateway.
What we do with it
We use it to prepare and file your application, and to correspond with the relevant embassy, portal or visa application centre on your instructions. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your case is closed and our record-keeping obligations allow. Email govisaprouk@gmail.com.
